●I have read the precautions about entry: *There are restrictions on what you can bring onto the rooftop. *There are items that cannot be brought into the facility (including suitcases and other large items of luggage)
●I understand that I cannot cancel after admission, and I accept the cancelation policy
●I will not resell, process or reproduce tickets
●I will not enter any off-limit areas
●I will follow the precautions for entering this facility and the rules of use
●I will follow the instructions of staff and security

[Free Cancellation Service When the Rooftop is Closed]
1. Free cancellation is available before entry on the day if the rooftop is closed during the designated entry time.
If you plan to change your entry date, please purchase a new ticket.
※ Cancellation is not possible after a certain period of time from the designated entry time.
※ Even if the rooftop is closed, the SKY GALLERY on the 46th floor will be open as usual.
※You can check the rooftop opening status on the SHIBUYA SKY official X (Twitter) or the official website.
2. Conditions for Free Cancellation Due to Rooftop Closure (KKday Platform Purchases Only):
※ Travelers must submit their cancellation requests to KKday by 11:59 PM Japan Standard Time on the day of their scheduled visit by this link. (Requests submitted after this deadline cannot be processed.)
※ Upon receipt of the cancellation request list from KKday, the facility will verify the rooftop closure and initiate the cancellation process.
※ Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the cancellation and refund to be processed.
3. For example: If a guest visits on April 1st and discovers the rooftop is closed upon entry, they must notify KKday by 11:59 PM Japan Standard Time on April 1st. This policy applies to weekends and public holidays as well.
※Please note that once you enter SHIBUYA SKY Observatory, you cannot apply for cancellation for any reason. -
[Children’s Tickets]
• Admission is free for children under 5 years old (including preschool children aged 6)
• Even if tickets are sold out, children’s tickets (under 11 years old, including elementary school students aged 12) can still be purchased at the window on the day of the visit.
• Please bring your child to the ticket counter on the 14th floor of Shibuya SCRAMBLE SQUARE at your reserved admission time to purchase a ticket.
• Children aged 11 and under (including elementary school students aged 12) must be accompanied by a ticket-holding guardian.
• Ages 12 and above: Advance online reservations recommended, as tickets are not available for purchase once sold out.
