Vehicle & luggage info

• The driver / operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• The trip will not include introductions or explanations concerning the attractions you visit
• This activity is wheelchair-accessible so long as they’re accompanied by a paying adult
• Depending on the weather conditions on the date of your trip, there is a chance that Mt. Fuji can’t be seen. Whether the mountain can be seen or not, the trip will push through, and no refunds will be issued
• In cases of extreme weather, this trip will be canceled. In this case, you’ll be informed the day before your scheduled trip date by email before 15:00 (Japan time). You will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• There may be road blockages at the Mt. Fuji Fifth Station because of the weather or traffic issues. If there are road blockages, you’ll visit Oshino Hakkai near the Fifth Station instead
• Due to the weather, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. If the ropeway is out of service, we will take a bus instead. In this case, no refunds will be given.
• On rainy days, you will not be able to experience snow sledding at Fuji 2nd Station, so the tour will be changed to Oshino Hakkai
• At Gotemba Outlet you can experience hot springs at your own expense (please note the meeting time)
• Please note that only foldable wheelchairs can be stored on the bus.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This tour could be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen events. If canceled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund
