Term and condition for massage at home delivery service
Postponement and cancellation booking
1) In case of cancellation, the reservations center MUST receive a notice at least 24 hours before the appointment time. If the notice is not receive as stipulated, NO REFUND shall be given. There will be no exception.
2) Appointment time can amended 3 hours before to the booking time, (1 time for postponation). If less than 3 hours before to booking time , no changes are allowed.
3) If you are not at the agreed to location at the appoimentment time, then the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
**Remark**
1) If we are unable to contact the customer via telephone number and e-mail. there will be a fee of 100% of the service fee
2) If we are unable to contact the customer, the therapist will have a waiting period of 45 minutes for customers.
3) If the customer needs to provide more information, please inform to admin via LINE ID : @gowabiathome or call center 02-821-5950 press 8
4) For 1 booking, massage hours cannot be used for the next time.
5) For 1 single booking, can massage with 1 customer only.
6) Customer please be massage on time at the appointment time.
7) If customer location as a hotel, please check with the hotel condition that allow therapist to service in hotel room. If hotel not allow and our therapists arrive, NO REFUND shall be given.
